This was the Carpenters' first attempt at Christmas music. The lyric was written in 1946 by Frank Pooler, who was the choir director at California State University, Long Beach. 

I absolutely love this song and heard this song about a gazillion times. It sends shivers down my spine and makes me feel very Nostalgic-Romantic Mode. Karen Carpenter had the voice of an angel.

A bit of background to let you know how i came across of the sweet music ''Misty''. Perhaps You may wonder when this beautiful music was born and i must say it was not even in my years when i existed, but this sweet music song is very dear to my heart when i was growing, first heard it when i was living few years of my life near by the seashore in the year 1978. The lyrics was beautiful sang by Johnny Mathis an American, pop, soul, easy listening singer from Texas, US. It was from this Popular singer that influenced me to appreciate the beautiful music ''Misty'' and the instrumentals of Henri Mancini.

From these inspirations i decided to create my own video using the Instrumental Henri Mancini Misty and Distribute those Beautiful Lyrics with a scene that I chose from the Film ''The Godfather'', Enjoy With Me...
